Presentation matters – in virtually everything.  And even more so today when almost all buyers look at homes on the Internet before deciding which ones they want to see.

That’s why all of my listings are professionally staged and photographed, at no cost to my clients.  Of course, it helps that I’m a Canadian Staging Professional™ myself.

It’s also why I make use of the latest in technology, internet access and social networking to have your home seen by as many buyers as possible.

My goal is simple: To work with you to get your house Ready, Set and Sold as quickly, profitably and stress-free as possible so that you can get on to the next stage of your life.

I’m also pretty good at helping people find a place to call home!  No hard sales tactics here – just sound guidance, patience, determination, negotiation and firsthand knowledge of the West Island.  Of course, having a good eye for spotting a diamond-in-the-rough helps too.
