And having an eye for staging helps me evaluate the true potential in a property. I can help you look beyond such things as tacky wallpaper, dated décor, strange room layouts and walls painted in colours best described as “surprising.”

I have a background in research from my former life and a head for numbers, so when it comes to evaluating the price of a home, I’m not pulling a number out of a hat. My recommendations are based on solid analysis, so that we can make a reasoned offer with the best chance of success.
My approach to negotiation
relies not on a heavy hand, but rather on reading people well, staying calm and focused, knowing my stuff, understanding human behaviour, and keeping the end goal in mind at all times. The extensive training I received in earning my Master Certified Negotiation Expert (MCNE)
designation adds to my tool belt here.
These skills were honed in my career as a criminologist. They were key to my success whether I was negotiating with an inmate to finally enter drug rehabilitation or with the head of the correctional system to fund an international conference on corrections.
