Tanya Having lived in the West Island of Montreal since 1996, I know the area well. And I absolutely love it here. My home is in Kirkland, but I've also lived in Notre-Dame-de-l’Ile-Perrot and on the edge of Pierrefonds. My family and friends live throughout the West Island, in Dollard-des-Ormeaux, Pointe Claire, Beaconsfield, Baie d'Urfé and Pierrefonds.

And with my sons' hockey, soccer and football, you can be sure I've been on every field and in every arena on the West Island!

Just like you, we appreciate all the great benefits of living here: lots of space, great sports activities, a strong sense of community, safety and security, and excellent schools.

Now how did I get here exactly?

In my 18-year career as a criminologist, I saw firsthand how the concept of "home" is important to a person's sense of well-being. One day I heard the words, "Do what you love and you won't work a day in your life." And so I haven't really "worked" since launching Ready, Set...Sold! and devoting myself full-time to creating beautiful, comfortable spaces that feel like home for home buyers and sellers.

Building a successful Montreal home staging business, and seeing time and again the effects that home staging had for our clients — selling their homes quickly and for top dollar — I decided to take the bull by the horns and become an affiliated real estate agent myself, to bring the benefits of home staging to more homeowners on the West Island.
